the experiance at this hotel was almost remarkable. however, I had to beg for towels to be changed, apparently due to some 'sustainability' initiative they have, which was simply annoying. also, can you believe you can't flush toilet paper? such a charm! I mean, I thought I deserved at least complimentary mints for my troubles, but alas.

During my stay, the towels were not changed without a special request due to their sustainability policy, which was frustrating. Additionally, there was an occasional damp smell in the room that detracted from the overall comfort. On one night, we experienced disturbances from noisy neighbors, making it difficult to relax.
